• Incorrect or misleading information may result in denial of entry.
• The platform is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data submission.

• All prices are listed in applicable currency and include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
• Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

• Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
• In case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or personal schedule conflicts.

The organizer reserves the right to modify:

• Event schedule
• Speakers or performers
• Venue or format

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

• Entry requires a valid ticket (QR code or ID verification).
• Attendees must comply with event rules and regulations.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior.
