1. Introduction

Welcome to Wolf Summit NYC ticketing. By purchasing a ticket or accessing this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase & Ownership

All tickets purchased are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
Each ticket is issued to a single attendee and must match the provided attendee details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

3. Attendee Information

Attendee details can only be updated once after purchase.
Incorrect or misleading information may result in denial of entry.
The platform is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data submission.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in applicable currency and include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
In case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or personal schedule conflicts.

6. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify:

Event schedule
Speakers or performers
Venue or format

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

7. Entry & Participation

Entry requires a valid ticket (QR code or ID verification).
Attendees must comply with event rules and regulations.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior.

8. Data Privacy

Your data may be used to:

Share required registration details with Public and event partners for event operations, eligibility review, and attendee communications.
Process and manage ticket purchases and attendee records.
Provide ticket confirmations, event updates, and important event-related notices.

By proceeding, you consent to data use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers (e.g., discounts or partner benefits) are:

Subject to availability
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash

10. Liability

The organizer is not liable for:

Personal loss, injury, or damage during the event
Technical issues affecting ticket access beyond reasonable control

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the event’s operating jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

Consent notice: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that your registration information (name and email) will be shared with our co-host, Public, and other sponsors for event coordination and marketing purposes. Each organization will process your data according to their respective privacy policies.

*Public Member Ticket Eligibility Disclosure: Public member ticket pricing is available only to individuals with a funded Public account. For purposes of eligibility, a Public account is considered funded when the account balance is $50 or more. Public may review registration and account information to verify eligibility. If a ticket is purchased at the Public member price and no corresponding Public account can be identified, the purchaser will have seven (7) days to create a Public account and provide the associated email address. If eligibility is not confirmed within this period, the ticket purchase may be canceled and the purchaser will be required to repurchase a ticket at the general admission price.
